When the pandemic hit, I had time for some serious self-reflection about my passion and interest. After enrolling into a Bootcamp, I uncovered the beauty of programming and since then I have dedicated myself to learning everything I could about front-end development, back-end development, data science, and the tech industry in general. Seeing how things work underneath the hood has made me appreciate the beauty of coding.

Prior to coding, I worked as an analyst for various municipalities diving into financial data analysis, financial modeling and managing critical process improvement projects to transition manual processes into automation. I have also led large-scale technology improvement projects leading to the transformation of the organization into a digital workplace. While I really enjoyed the work that I did, I am excited and thrilled about the opportunity to transition into a software development role.
