Cloudiness
The graph above illustrates that there is no correlation between latitude and cloudiness. However, there seems to be a concetration between 0, 40, 78 and 100 percent cloud cover. From this graph, we can infer that cloudiness is an apparently random phenomenon across the globe because it does not appear to follow a consistent trend with latitude in the northern or southern hemisphere.
